IT & Marketing Senior Recruiter
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
As an international recruiter, I'm in search of a passionate and driven individual to aid in my senior-level IT and Marketing recruitment process. This is a full-time position, with a base salary and a highly attractive commission structure (up to 5% of the US/CH worker's salaries at $120k-$180k)
Key Responsibilities:
-Sourcing of comission-based senior recruiters in CH / US
The perfect candidate for this role should possess:
- Proven experience in senior-level recruitment, particularly in the IT(Project Manager, Consultant, Data Scientist) and Marketing sectors (Online Marketing Lead, PPC, CRM, CRO)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of international recruitment practices
- Ability to work autonomously and meet targets
