We are expanding our hotel & resort business and looking for a motivated, energetic HR & Marketing Freelancer to join us remotely as a startup team member.

Position: Freelance HR & Marketing Executive

Location: Work-From-Home (initial) — Chennai / Bangalore preference
Work Style: Flexible hours, Remote
Career Growth: Full-time offer after branch launch

Role & Responsibilities

As our HR & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

Recruiting & hiring staff for new office & branches
Creating job postings & screening resumes
Employee onboarding & initial HR documentation
Social media marketing & brand promotion
Marketing campaigns & content creation
Lead generation & customer outreach
Coordinating with the management for strategy
Building employer branding
