Manufacturing Recruitment Specialist Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for an experienced recruiter who can own our manufacturing talent pipeline from search to signed offer. All of the openings sit on the shop-floor, so industry familiarity is essential.
Focus area
Your main remit is manufacturing recruitment. The most urgent gap on the team is a Production Supervisor, and I need that role closed first. Right behind it are multiple Production Operator slots, two Engineers, and a CNC lathe machine operator. (Quality Control is covered for now, so the search can stay centred on the positions above.)
What success looks like
• A screened, interview-ready shortlist for the Production Supervisor within two weeks.
• Steady flow of qualified candidates for the remaining roles until all offers are accepted.
• Smooth hand-off of interview notes and reference checks so my internal team can make fast decisions.
