[MALAYSIA] Recruit 1-2 Candidates for a Short Interview Survey - Green Building Concept in Malaysia
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
I am looking for 1-2 candidates from Malaysia who have experience in the green building concept for a short interview survey for my report. This is not a serious and formal interview, but rather just want to have some insight about the industry.
Task:
1. Recruit the candidate and arrange an interview for not more than 30 minutes.
2. I will need the candidate's name card (in photo) to verify his/her field of expertise before the interview.
3. The candidate does not need to represent his/her company, organization or others for this interview. This is just a casual talk at his/her personal time.
Reward:
1. 50 USD for per success recruitment; and 50 USD for the respondent/candidate incentive

Prefer candidates (any below):
1. Work in a developer company in Malaysia with knowledge about green building/experience working on a green building project.
2. Architect, consultant or engineer who have experience in the green building project.
3. Suppliers for green building materials - raw materials, solutions, equipment, etc. (can be Sale & marketing representative, owner)
Interview Questions:
1. Are there any popular green building certified buildings or properties in Malaysia? Can you name a few of them?
2. What type of property is more popular for green building materials? (condominium, hotel, shopping mall, skyscraper, etc.)
3. Can you share the current trends of green building and green materials in Malaysia (is it popular or still low awareness)? What are the currently popular products, equipment or solutions used for green building?
4. What factors are the main considerations for developers or building owners to use green building materials on the property?
5. What are some certifications for green building in Malaysia? What is the motivation for building owners to achieve those requirements?
6. Are there any government policies for green building and how is the implementation progress?
7. Can you name a few suppliers or distributors for green building materials in Malaysia that are well-known or you have experience working with? Or can you recommend any experts or associations for the industry?
