Looking for a technical recruiter for a software consulting company

We work with direct clients that are looking for all sorts of developers, BA's and architects. We are looking to hire a recruiter who will be paid per candidate that gets placed at the client. You will need to work in US EST/CST hours. Most gigs are in the IT industry, so you will need to vet the candidates for both soft skills and tech skills.
