Looking for an HR / Recruitment freelancer who can help me screen candidates and arrange interview
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for an HR or a recruiter who can take the first round of interview and help screening the candidates, taks would involve the following (job applicants list will be provided):
1. Screen candidates from excel based on company's requirement
2. Take the first round of HR interview and schedule 3 interview with 3 people in management one by one
3. Give task / test to the candidate and share results with my team
4. Ask for joining documents (Aadhaar and PAN) from the candidate
5. Share the offer letter with the candidate
Fee structure:
1. Basic fee for arranging interviews
2. Success fee-based model (you get paid when you get the right candidate hired and the candidate stays for at least a week)
