Job description for Freelancer Recruiter
• Looking for freelance recruiters ( work from home ). - Ability to create and manage own data.
• Will get data support from the company as well
• Dynamic & Target Oriented
• Serving as the primary customer interface, maintain relationships/communications with Hiring Managers and active candidates
• Manage end-to-end TA process ensuring superior candidate experience
• Conduct resume review and phone screens for all candidates
• recommend diverse candidate slate to Hiring Manager
• Determine estimated start date
• Interface with third-party staffing agencies as required
• Mandatory:- PC/Laptop and Mobile and good Wi-Fi.



Required Candidate profile
-Should have 0 to 1 yrs.
-volume hiring would be an advantage
-Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and candidate management skills.
-Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
