Local School Talent Recruiter (Spanish)

Project Description:
We are looking for a freelancer based in Spain to visit nearby schools, meet the right people, and provide a shortlist of native teachers who teach STEM subjects and have at least senior-high-school teaching experience.

Assignment Details:

Visit local public, private, or charter schools—whichever are most convenient.
Speak briefly with administrators or department heads to identify teachers who meet the experience requirements.
Verify each candidate’s background by reviewing a teaching certificate, having a quick face-to-face chat, or collecting a reference from the school.
Submit a simple report for every qualified teacher, including:

Name
Subject taught (STEM)
Proof of teaching experience
Freelancer.com account
Email address and contact number

Payment Terms: Payment will be provided only after the referred teachers are verified as suitable and have completed their assigned tasks. The payment amount will also depend on the volume of work completed by the teachers you refer.

Task: Teachers identified through this process will take on a task that involves reviewing queries in their language and categorizing them according to client guidelines. The goal is to classify queries accurately so they can be used to train an educational AI model. This project focuses on classifying queries by:
