• Good communication skill
• Stable internet connection with backup option

What the workflow looks like
1. Source prospects daily through the platforms above.
2. Run a brief screening call or chat to confirm they match the checklist.
3. Enter all data neatly in a shared Google Sheet (or Excel if preferred).
4. Forward contact details of every qualified prospect so my team can schedule onboarding.
Success is measured by speed to target hires. Payment is released once each referred model has completed three shifts without issues, so accurate screening is essential.
