I need someone who lives and breathes LinkedIn to run a targeted outreach campaign from my personal profile. All messaging has already been written and approved—I simply need your help sending those notes, tracking responses, and keeping the conversation warm so we can hire top U.S. technology talent faster.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• You’ll log in to my personal LinkedIn profile (I’ll provide secure, time-boxed access) and search for software engineers, cloud specialists, DevOps pros, and other tech experts who match the criteria I give you.
• Using the pre-approved templates, you’ll send connection requests, follow-up messages, and polite nudges until the prospect replies.
• Every interaction gets documented: who was contacted, when, and what they said. A simple Google Sheet or Airtable tracker is fine as long as it’s updated daily.
• When a candidate asks for next steps, you’ll flag me immediately so I can jump in and schedule an interview.
