I’m the CEO of a fast-growing trading company and need a reliable assistant who can take three intertwined tasks off my plate just to start:
• Refresh my personal LinkedIn profile so it better reflects recent wins, leadership style, and the firm’s vision. I’m open to your creative direction—just make it sharp, authentic, and executive-level.
• Post, source, screen, and interview candidates for a specialist who will run Expandi for us. I’ll rely on you to design the initial campaign strategy the hire will execute, so please be comfortable suggesting connection, follow-up, and messaging flows.
• Recruit a cold-outreach professional who can open conversations with other trading companies, booking qualified calls for me and my sales desk.
You’ll handle the end-to-end hiring cycle: crafting job ads, shortlisting, conducting first-round interviews, and presenting me with final recommendations. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Expandi, and standard outreach KPIs will help you hit the ground running.
