I'm a recruiter and the small, 5-person company that wants to hire me asked me to write a proposal about how I see this going and how I can add value. Help! I've never done a proposal before. It doesn't need to be more than a page or so they said (or maybe less). They only need 1 hire per quarter right now but that will increase to 2-4 per quarter as the company grows.
