Roles and Responsibilities:
The Consultant will have the role of Lead Talent Networker

Responsibilities:
● Lead a team of Talent Networkers and support on onboarding, training, tasks allocation and
planning.
● Delegate requisitions and review the submissions made by the recruiters.
● Sourcing and screening freelancers both on and off platform to curate them for the niche
requirements.
● Pipeline creation and talent management.
● Support on processes optimization and strategy.
● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in the absence of the Talent
Success Manager.
● Responsible for keeping the hiring trackers up to date.
● Inducting and training the new joiners.

Mode of Interview:
1) Online assessment consisting of a one-way video interview and descriptive questions on Boolean strings.
2) Final discussion (Video Interview) with the Talent Success Manager
