Lead Blue Collar Recruiter ideally from APAC

We are looking to hire a Lead Recruiter with hands on experience in hiring Laptop Service Technicians to help us lead the talent success efforts in APAC.
-Freelancing Contract
-100% Remote
-Flexible Schedule (7 hours a day required)
-6 days working week
-Weekly Payment
Looking for someone who can work only for us, No dual employment or part-time work allowed.
Availability: 42 hours a week required
Weightage: 30% team management, 30% recruitment, 10% stakeholder management, 30% reporting
-The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
-Must have experience in hiring computer repair technicians
-Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
-Must have the ability to manage a huge team of recruiters and support staffs across APAC
-Should have good attention to details and email etiquette
-Must have good knowledge in reporting with excel or google sheets.
-Must be able to work a minimum of 7 hours a day (42 hours a week)
-Can work on flexible schedules
-Must work exclusively (only) for us
-Must sign a NDA
