Latin HR Recruiter: Social Media Manager
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I need a Spanish-speaking HR professional based in Latin America to find and screen a young, entry-level Social Media Manager for my team. Your own fluency in Spanish and proven familiarity with local talent pools, job boards and university networks are absolutely essential, as I want candidates who already understand the cultural nuances of our Spanish-speaking audience.
What I expect from the candidate you’ll source
• Solid hands-on skills in content creation, analytics & reporting and community management.
• Daily operational experience across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and ideally Discord.
• An energetic, early-career profile with fresh ideas, not a senior specialist.
What I expect from you
• Draft and publish a persuasive vacancy in the right regional channels.
• Pre-screen résumés, run first-round video interviews in Spanish and verify portfolio material.
• Present a shortlist of the three to five strongest applicants, each with a brief assessment of their creative samples, metrics they’ve driven, salary expectations and earliest start date.
• Coordinate my final interviews and handle offer paperwork until the hire is confirmed.
Timeline & format
Please deliver the initial shortlist within two weeks of project start. All interview notes and candidate files should arrive in a shared Google Drive folder, neatly organised for quick review.
If you know the Latin American recruitment scene inside out and can pull in high-potential social media talent quickly, let’s work together.
