JAPANESE LOCAL RECRUITER (PART-TIME HR/PROCUREMENT JOB, TO RECRUIT TRANSLATORS)

By 2022, GTE Localize has three offices in the United States, Singapore, and Vietnam with a network of 1200+ native linguists around the globe.
We are looking for more Translator Recruiter to join us. Details are as follows:
1. DETAILS:
Working industry: Localization and Translation.
Type of contract: Part-time.
Ideal candidates: native in Japanese, preferred living in Japan, can meet our requirements.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive the recruitment request and specific JD (job description) from GTE, translate and ensure the accuracy in your language.
- Post the recruitment news and JD on different platforms and channels to reach out to the candidates.
- Interact with the candidates and support them during their application.
- Scan and screen the CV of the candidates.
- Negotiate the rates and discounts according to each request.
- Send the list of suitable candidates with the required information to GTE.
3. BENEFITS:
- Fixed monthly compensation plus bonus on successful candidates.
- Receiving training, opportunity of knowledge and skill development.
- Flexible working hours.
4. REQUIREMENTS:
- Native speaker is a must.
- Comfortably using English in everyday tasks.
- Can commit to doing the job at least 1 hour per day during the weekdays.
- Responsible, supportive, careful, adaptive.
