LATIN-AMERICAN Recruiter/Interviewer

As a Latin American Caregiver Recruiter/Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential caregivers based in the US to provide essential support to clients. Your responsibilities will revolve around identifying qualified candidates, assessing their suitability for caregiving roles, and ensuring alignment with the organization's standards. The company is based in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and community outreach programs, to attract qualified Latin American caregivers.
• Screening Applicants: Review resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for caregiving positions.
• Conducting Interviews: Conduct structured interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, cultural competence, and compatibility with the caregiving role.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and other Team Members
• Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, and best practices in caregiver recruitment
Qualifications:
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, or human resources, preferably in the healthcare or caregiving sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals in need.
• Team Collaboration: Capable of effectively working within a team environment, fostering cooperation and synergy among team members to achieve common goals.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrates the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and environments, remaining flexible in approach and open to new ideas and methodologies.
