Kolkata Online Operations Manager
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a small but growing online business from overseas and need a sharp, Kolkata-based professional to keep day-to-day operations on track. You will be my right hand for everything from recruiting a lean remote team to making sure every deadline, file, and task is exactly where it should be.
Your core responsibilities
• Recruitment: post targeted job ads, screen incoming candidates, and hand me a shortlist I can move forward with.
• Onboarding & coordination: welcome each new hire, assign their first tasks, and monitor deliverables through our shared Trello and Notion boards.
• Workflow management: break larger goals into daily actions, update statuses, flag blockers early, and close the loop on finished work with basic quality checks.
• File hygiene: keep Google Drive tidy and searchable—mainly text documents and slide presentations—using a naming convention we will agree upon.
• Reporting: send me concise progress updates so I always know what’s done, what’s pending, and what needs my input.
Tools in play
Trello, Notion, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive), plus the usual communication channels (Slack, email, Zoom).
What success looks like
• New roles filled quickly with well-screened candidates.
• No task or deadline slips through the cracks.
• Drive folders stay organized and clutter-free.
• I spend my time on strategy rather than chasing status updates.
If you’re detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and enjoy owning a process from start to finish, let’s talk.
