Jordan EA for Project Management
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I’m looking for an Executive Assistant based in Jordan who can take full ownership of assigned projects. Your day-to-day will revolve around project management, organising, monitoring and updating action points, gaining updates, tracking, and reporting on project timelines, risks, and milestones so our directors always have a clear picture of where things stand.
Alongside the project work, I’ll rely on you for end-to-end recruitment support—sourcing candidates, arranging and confirming interviews, and guiding successful hires through our onboarding process. Because these tasks intersect with multiple stakeholders, strong written and verbal English is essential for concise updates and smooth hand-offs.
Research projects will also be a key responsibility
Key outcomes I expect:
• A live project dashboard that keeps tasks, owners, and deadlines visible
• A well-maintained talent pipeline with proactive outreach, timely interview coordination, and zero bottlenecks
•
If you’re the kind of EA who thrives on structure, keeps conversations moving forward, and enjoys working closely with directors to turn ideas into finished work, let’s talk.
