Job Hunter Needed – Help Candidate Secure IT Role in Tokyo (Japan)

**Description**
We are looking to hire a Japan-experienced job hunter, recruiter, or career coach who can help a qualified professional land a job in Tokyo, Japan in the IT / Tech / e-commerce domain.

**Your Role:**

* Understand the candidate’s profile (resume provided privately)
* Identify and apply to relevant job opportunities in Japan (Tokyo area preferred)
* Help with networking, recruiter outreach, and job portal guidance
* Stay engaged until the candidate gets a job offer or completes at least one interview process

**About the Candidate:**

* 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Operations at a global e-commerce company
* Strong skills in process improvement, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision making
* Currently based in India, but wants to move to Tokyo
* Fluent in English, beginner in Japanese (can start language classes if needed)

**Ideal Candidate:**

* Based in Japan (or familiar with the Tokyo job market)
* Experience helping foreigners or bilinguals get hired in Japan
* Recruiting or career coaching background is a big advantage
* Knowledge of hiring patterns in e-commerce, product, or IT sectors
