Indian HR Recruiter for Mid-Level Hiring

Wild Roots Gifting is expanding, and we’re ready to bring several new mid-level professionals on board across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. To make this happen smoothly, I need end-to-end recruitment support from someone who already knows the Indian talent market inside out.

Here’s the immediate focus:
• Sales division: Sales Manager, Business Development Executive, and Sales Coordinator
• Additional mid-level roles within Marketing and Operations that will be detailed once the search gets underway

What the work involves: crafting concise job descriptions that reflect our brand voice, publishing them on the right portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar), actively sourcing and screening candidates, and managing each step—from the first outreach through interview scheduling to offer negotiation—until the seat is filled and accepted.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Finalized job descriptions for every role
2. A vetted shortlist (5–7 candidates) per position with basic screening notes
3. Coordinated interview calendar and status tracker
4. Weekly progress report until each role is closed

I’d like the first round of shortlisted candidates for the Sales Manager position within two weeks of kickoff, with the remaining roles following a similar cadence.
