Indian Freelance Recruiter for Australian SMEs

Freelance Recruiter (Remote – India-Based)

Key Responsibilities:
• Source high-quality candidates from India for Australian small businesses
• Write and post job ads on platforms like Naukri, Indeed India, Facebook, and WhatsApp groups
• Review applications, shortlist the top 2–3 candidates per role
• Conduct initial screening calls or message-based assessments
• Prepare brief candidate summaries and resumes for internal review
• Communicate with internal team (not directly with Australian clients)
• Maintain tracking sheets for all candidates and roles


What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing
• Strong English reading/writing skills
• Familiarity with Indian job platforms (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Detail-oriented and committed to candidate quality
• Professional, discreet, and responsive


Payment Model:
