Human Resource Recruiter
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a HR recruiter to lead the recruitment process of finding talents from all over the world for a project in Israel.
What you'll do:
* Oversee the entire recruitment cycle and manage an end-to-end recruitment process both locally and globally, including – profiling the best candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, sourcing, building pipelines, interviewing, and acting as a partner in all hiring decision-making.
* Be an active talent hunter and generate candidate leads by developing and executing a multi-channel sourcing approach, using all possible sources available.
* Collaborate with our hiring managers from around the world in order to provide guidance and support of the entire hiring process.
* Conduct in-depth interviews to examine candidates’ suitability.
