Human Research/Recruitment Specialist Needed

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Research / Recruitment Specialist to join us in a long-term collaboration.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing relevant individuals or companies that match our organization’s needs. This role requires strong research skills, communication abilities, and a good understanding of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to identify suitable individuals and companies

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates/partners

Perform preliminary interviews and selection processes

Evaluate candidates based on our requirements and standards

Provide clear reports and updates on progress

Requirements:

Must be based in Serbia, North Macedonia, or Bulgaria

Strong research and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interviewing abilities

Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing is a plus

Professional level of English
