Hiring and recruiting consultant
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Need freelancer to plan and implement recruiting campaign for California based people. Must be located in USA and preferably in California. Will recruit and complete preliminary interviews and screening.
California based company is expanding and looking for about 20 new full-time hires to start before year-end. Most are entry-level positions, but would also look at other positions. People needed include the following skills:
general office staff
data entry
apprentice level electrical or HVAC installers
crew dispatchers
In-home work evaluators (no sales)
in-home installation crews
Company installs free energy saving improvements in California moderate- and lower-income residences, entirely paid for by local utilities. NO SALES. High school diploma, no record of felonies within past 7 years., subject to background and drug testing.
