Hiring for Part-time / Freelance Turkish RECRUITER -- 2

We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Freelance Recruiter to undertake hiring activities for our growing team in Turkey.

The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in the talent market in Turkey.

Responsibilities
- Work with various hiring teams and key stakeholders to identify and customize different recruiting
strategy for each hiring requirement
- Understand job requirements and conduct research for market mapping
- Create, publish job ads and screen resumes in various portals
- Conduct initial phone screens, face-to-face interviews, Skype/ Zoom call to create shortlists of
qualified candidates
- Develop employer branding strategies and activities to highly attract potential talents
- Performs other related duties, as assigned

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Experience working for an executive search firm or recruitment agency
- With strong background in sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Passionate in recruitment and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and result-oriented
environment
- With strong interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills, with sense of urgency, goal-driven,
team player and can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent command of Turkish language - written and verbal communications skills
- Can converse in English language
