Hiring Manager for Next-Gen Freelancing Platform

We are building a next-generation freelancing platform and looking for a Hiring Manager to help us recruit and scale a strong core team from the ground up.

We are a Private Limited company, and all selected members will receive a legal agreement for transparency and trust.

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hiring process
Post jobs and source candidates
Screen and shortlist applicants
Conduct initial interviews
Help build a strong startup team
Improve hiring strategy and process

Deferred salary (tracked monthly, paid yearly for first 2 years)
