I want freelance recruiter who can hire IT and NON IT positions for US, INDIA and Japan location.
he Recruiter will own full life-cycle recruitment, and create positive candidate experiences to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
This position will be remote.
Specifically, your duties will include:
Hiring & Recruitment
Help bring on exceptional talent
Posting job openings
Sourcing candidates
Managing referrals
Scheduling and conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews
Managing (and improving!) the interview processes
Negotiating offers
Creating and presenting finalized contracts
Experience
1-4+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment
Strong track record of building great teams, creating relationships with hiring managers, and working with senior leadership
Experience recruiting for remote global teams a plus
