I mentor a cohort of 1,000+ final-year Computer Science students who are actively seeking full-time roles with salaries in the 6–15 LPA range. Every candidate is groomed for software-developer positions and brings hands-on experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Flutter, and .NET.
My immediate need is for someone who can open doors inside tech startups and secure interview pipelines for these graduates. Think warm introductions to founders, TA heads, or engineering managers, rather than cold email lists; quality trumps quantity.
What I expect from you
• A curated set of startup contacts willing to consider entry-level software developers
• Confirmation that each contact has acknowledged interest (email, meeting invite, or similar proof)
• Smooth hand-off so my placement team can continue the conversation
