Hire Mid-Level Recruitment Consultants in Philippines

I run a growing recruitment agency and need dependable, mid-level recruitment consultants who can step in quickly and start filling roles for my clients.
What I’m looking for:
• Solid experience handling the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation—at a mid-level capacity.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with our in-house team through Zoom, email, and mainstream applicant-tracking systems.
• Able to begin with a small slate of open vacancies and show early results so we can scale the workload together.
Initial deliverable: present a shortlist of qualified candidates for at least two active vacancies within the first week of engagement, including notes on outreach and next-step recommendations.
