Project Description:
We are conducting a market research project involving in-home interviews with appliance owners in Indonesia. We need a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to recruit 18 participants who meet specific criteria for refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines.
【VA Responsibilities & Recruit Requirements】
You will be responsible for finding, contacting, and pre-screening participants who meet ALL of the following conditions:
· Location: Must reside in Indonesia.
· Appliance Ownership: Must own one of the refrigerators, ACs, or washing machines (specific list will be provided).
· Purchase Channel: The appliance MUST have been purchased from an E-commerce platform (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Senheng Online, etc.).
· Age & Decision-Making: The participant must be under 45 years old. They should be the purchaser or a family member intimately familiar with the purchase decision.
· Interview Logistics:
· Must agree to a 1.5 to 2-hour in-home interview.
· Must be able to confirm a specific time slot for the interview at mid-December.
· Demographics:
· Priority will be given to local Malaysian residents.
· A strict quota: No more than half Chinese participants per appliance category (Fridge, AC, Washer).
【VA Compensation & Payment】
· Rate: USD 50 for each successfully recruited and interviewed participant.
· Payment Schedule: Payment will be issued the day after the participant completes the in-home interview.
【Ideal Candidate Profile】
· Based in Indonesia with experience in recruitment, community management, or market research.
· Meticulous attention to detail to match exact appliance models and complex criteria.
· Has access to or can create effective recruitment channels within Kuala Lumpur.
