HiBob HRIS Implementation Expert
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I’m preparing to roll out HiBob across our organisation and want a consultant who can guide us through a genuinely end-to-end implementation. The work starts with clarifying process requirements, continues through hands-on system configuration, and finishes only when every user is confidently trained and supported.
Key focus areas
• Recruitment & hiring workflows: build applicant-to-employee journeys, automate approvals, and integrate any existing ATS data where feasible.
• Employee self-service: configure profiles, time-off requests, document e-sign, and mobile access so managers and staff can handle day-to-day needs without HR intervention.
Phases in scope
1. Planning & design – requirements gathering sessions, solution architecture and project timeline.
2. System configuration – module setup, data migration, permission structures, test cycles and go-live support.
3. Training & post-launch support – role-based sessions for HR, managers and employees, plus a playbook and FAQ to keep the team self-sufficient.
Acceptance criteria
• All agreed-upon workflows function in production with no critical defects.
• Data migration accuracy ≥ 99% (spot-checked).
• At least 80% of users complete training and rate it 4/5 or higher in the follow-up survey.
If you have demonstrable experience configuring HiBob for recruitment, onboarding and self-service, as well as delivering user training, I’d like to hear how you would structure the project and what timeline you foresee.
