Help me navigate executive recruitment

I have 30 + years in technology development and run my own company. I would like to work remotely with an exciting company here in the USA, where I'm located. I would need to work remotely in any role and it would have to be as a contractor.
Skills include: technology development, product management, leading scrums, hardware, mechanical and software development.
