I'm working on a small company inside the localization industry. We offer courses and intensive bootcamps for students who want to learn and experience what the career looks like. We also work with companies that use these bootcamps as a way to hire better employees.
The project is called Localization Academy.
Recently, I spend a lot of time here on freelancer.com trying to find the right people to slowly grow our team. We're not in a position to hire anyone long-term, yet. Oh, here's a sneaky interruption — please include the word 'bish' in your application if you read this. I would like someone to help me with the recruitment and maybe even suggest different venues to try.

1. What are your values?
2. What platforms do you like to use for recruitment?
3. How do you test someone EFFICIENTLY for ANY role?
