Healthcare (Nursing) Recruiter to participate in industry research

We seek experienced recruiters with proven expertise in full-cycle hiring process for nurses for the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, sourcing through job portals and social media, vetting CVs and interviewing nurses, and their job-seeking journey. They should have spent 5+ years in the industry and be aware of key challenges in their role.

Requirement: ~ 1 to 1.5 hours (one-time)

Deliverable: You must get on a 1.5 to 2 hours call with us to participate in an ongoing research on the recruitment challenges for nurses in the US. This will be a free-flowing open ended conversation, in which we will have some prompts around the process, sourcing and screening strategies, pain points, and potential solutions. There is no preparation required as such, but it would be useful if you could take some time beforehand to reflect on your key learnings about your work.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for nurses in US
- Experience using job boards, social media and technology for sourcing candidates
- Good communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection
- Availability in early morning and late evening PST timezone
