Head hunter / Recruiter required on retainership - Based in NCR or India

We are expanding our talent pool and need someone to help us for the next few months. We need someone who is an aggressive head hunter and not just a recruiter. Someone who just doesn't know Naukri/Monster and social hiring but also can pick up the phone and head hunt from target companies. This arrangement can be WFH / A few hours a day or couple of days in a week. Currently we need someone who can spend a majority of his/her for atleast a month. Could translate into a full time employment. Experience in the events and MICE Industry is preferred though not mandatory.
