Responsibilities
*Source, screen, and hire highly skilled tech freelancers (developers, designers, QA, DevOps, etc.) from global talent pools.
*Conduct interviews and technical assessments to ensure quality of hires.
*Manage relationships with freelancers to ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and retention.
Qualifications
*Proven experience hiring tech freelancers across different regions and time zones.
*Strong knowledge of freelance platforms, job boards, and online communities.
*Ability to evaluate both technical and soft skills effectively.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Compensation
