We are currently expanding our sales operations worldwide. We are looking for a local recruiter (part-time or full-time) who can use your local market knowledge and contacts to help us recruit talented sales personnel to jointly develop the markets in Russia, South America, the Middle East and Central Asia.
You will be responsible for:
✅ Publish and manage recruitment information: Publish our sales position advertisements on local recruitment websites, social media, forums and other channels.
✅ Screening and recommending candidates: Preliminary screening of local sales talent and recommending qualified candidates to our domestic HR team.
✅ Local promotion: according to the characteristics of the local market, optimize the content of recruitment advertisements to improve their attractiveness.
✅ Expand recruitment channels: Explore local and efficient recruitment methods (such as campus recruitment, industry associations, etc.).
