Job Description
We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter / sourcing specialist to support us in posting job campaigns and collecting qualified CVs according to very specific requirements.
We will provide the full job brief, target profile, and candidate requirements.
Your role is to publish the job ads, run sourcing campaigns, and deliver CVs that match the criteria.
Scope of Work
Post job ads on relevant platforms (job boards, recruitment platforms, databases, etc.)
Run sourcing campaigns in multiple countries (depending on each role)
Screen profiles and submit only CVs that match the requirements
Share CVs in an organized format (PDF / Drive / Excel list)
You do NOT need to manage interviews or communicate with candidates beyond sourcing.
Important – Budget & Tools
We will pay for the subscription or credits of any recruitment platform needed (Indeed, local job boards, databases, etc.)
You do NOT need to use your own paid accounts
Payment will be based on:
Number of qualified CVs delivered
Or per campaign (to be agreed)
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or CV sourcing
Ability to source candidates in different countries
Strong understanding of job requirements and profile matching
Organized, reliable, and fast delivery
Previous experience sourcing for international roles is a strong plus
Deliverables
CVs that strictly match the job requirements
Clear list with:
Candidate name
Location / country
Language skills
Availability (if possible)
CVs that do not match requirements will not be counted.
