The role focuses on sourcing high-quality educators from United Kingdom, Ireland, India, and Philippines, specializing in British, IB, and American curricula, and managing onboarding in structured batches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Teacher Sourcing & Recruitment
Source and shortlist qualified teachers from:
United Kingdom & Ireland (native/experienced curriculum specialists)
India & Philippines (cost-effective, experienced educators)
Hire teachers across:
British Curriculum (GCSE, A Levels)
IB (International Baccalaureate)
American Curriculum
Conduct screening, interviews, and shortlist coordination
2. Bulk Hiring Management
Execute hiring in batches of 15 teachers per cycle
Ensure timely closure and quality of each batch
Align hiring with subject demand and curriculum needs
3. Onboarding & Documentation
Manage full onboarding process:
Document collection and verification
Contract preparation and issuance
Coordination of onboarding/training videos
Ensure teachers are fully compliant and ready to deliver sessions
4. Teacher Profile Creation (Platform Ready)
Develop professional, website-ready teacher profiles, including:
Bio and teaching introduction
Qualifications and experience
Curriculum expertise and subjects
Ensure profiles reflect:
Strong academic credibility
Consistent branding and tone
Coordinate with teachers for details, photos, and approvals
5. Process & Quality Management
Maintain structured trackers for:
Hiring pipeline
Onboarding status
Profile completion
Ensure consistency, speed, and quality across all batches
Engagement & Payment Structure
Freelance / Project-Based Role
Work assigned in batches of 15 teachers
Payment released per completed batch, covering:
Recruitment
Onboarding (documents, contracts, videos)
Profile creation for platform
Rates as per mutually agreed terms
Key Requirements
Experience in education recruitment (international hiring preferred)
Strong ability to source globally across UK, Ireland, India, Philippines
Knowledge of British, IB, and American curricula
Strong writing skills for profile/content creation
Excellent coordination and process management
