Global DAC Recruitment Specialist

We are hiring Recruitment Specialists with the capability to acquire Digital Asset Consultants (who live in a big city and have 1+ years of working experience) to serve our global consumers online.
Your Task:
1. Recruit 500 qualified DACs
2. A qualified DACs candidate must pass the background pre-screening + complete at least a 5-day free online training course.
Job description of Digital Asset Consultant (DAC)
Work in collaboration with a team of consultants online and launch your digital asset consultant career at your home. Partner with our team and clients to:
1.Provide excellent service for our customer’s digital asset management
2.Educate and empower our customers without having to make cold calls or sales
3.Provide solutions to assist customers with their digital asset accounts
4.There's a lot of money flowing through the cryptocurrency market. You will help your customers chart a long-term strategy.
5.Developing financial plans to help clients achieve their long-term and short-term financial goals.
6.Advising clients on taxes, investment decisions, depending on their financial goals.
7.Assessing how certain life changes and financial status changes affect clients’ financial plans and adjusting such plans accordingly.
8.Monitoring financial markets and economic conditions.
9.Soliciting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, advertising, and seminar-hosting.
Qualification required:
1.A passion for providing quality service
2.Capability to adapt communication style while servicing our diverse customer base
3.Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry and digital asset industry processes, policies and procedures
4.Availability to work a 30-40 hour work week, Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday
5.One year or more years of work experience (including but not limited to travel agency, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, real estate,banking or financial services) and an bachelor’s degree
6.Fluency in both English and other languages a plus
7.The ability to analyze financial data.
8.Excellent problem-solving skills.
9.Strong business acumen.
