Fulltime Freelance Recruiter to support our enterprise clients in PAN INDIA

Freelancer Enterprise is hiring 4 fulltime freelance recruiters based in India (Remote) to curate the top talents.


Pay: 200 INR to 500 INR per hour - based on the experience.
Flexible work hours
30 hours a week required.

Must be located in APAC - preferrably INDIA

Considering candidates who can work at least 6-8 hours a day during the weekdays(M-F)
Cannot consider candidates who are employed fulltime elsewhere and can only take this opportunity as part-time.

Please apply only if you are a recruiter and has 1-5 years of experience in consulting or In-house recruiting.

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Technical recruiting especially IT.
- Must have recruited candidates in emerging technologies like Data Science/AI, Mobile Development & Cloud, etc.
- Having Non-IT recruitment experience is a plus.
- Experience in Head Hunting / proactive recruiting is an added advantage.
- Should be available for a minimum of 30 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
- Should be comfortable in interviewing candidates over a video (google meet)
- Good documentation skills.


Mode of Interview:
1) Online assessment consisting of a one-way video interview and descriptive questions on Boolean strings.
2) Final discussion (Video Interview) with the Talent Success Manager
