Full-Cycle Recruitment Expert Needed

I'm seeking a full-cycle recruitment expert to assist in hiring mid-level professionals across various roles including Graphic Designers, SEO Experts, Appointment Setters, and Virtual Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing candidates, to screening and interviewing
- Filling mid-level positions across diverse roles

Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Familiarity with hiring for creative and tech-related mid-level positions
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

We require a Recruitment Expert who can screen and shortlist candidates and conduct preliminary interviews of the candidates. You must have good written skills as you would be also required to email the candidates. You must speak good English and Hindi. You will also be required to have your own number to make calls to candidates. The candidates we need to hire are for the below position: SEO Expert, Senior Graphic Designer, and Appointment Setter, Virtual Assistant. You must have significant experience in this field. Ultimately, I'm looking for a dedicated professional who can help streamline the recruitment process and find the right candidates for these roles.

The estimated project duration is 1-3 months. The expected weekly time commitment is 20-30 hours.
