Responsibilities: research and find best creators, engage with the creators, hire creators and monitor there work is too standard

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively source and screen candidates
- Experience in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Familiarity with onboarding procedures and training processes
