Fresher Recruitment Partner for NBFC

I need a reliable sourcing specialist who can consistently funnel graduate freshers into our Non-Banking Financial Company across every district of Punjab. The position we’re filling is tagged internally as “Hiring Partner,” and each fresher must already own a bike and be ready for daily field travel.

Your sole focus is candidate generation; my in-house team will handle interviews, selection, and onboarding.

What you’ll do
• Identify and engage graduates who meet all mandatory criteria: Punjab location, personal bike with valid licence, interest in an NBFC field role.
• Collect and send the full document pack for every lead: résumé, government-issued ID, final educational certificates, and proof of bike ownership.

Acceptance criteria
• At least ten qualified, contactable leads per agreed location.
• All documents organised in one folder or spreadsheet, with verified phone numbers.
• Free replacement within seven days if any lead is unreachable or withdraws.
