Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Sourcing candidates through different platforms e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
calling prospective job seekers.
Maintaining database.
Scheduling interview.
Taking interview feedback.
Follow-up the candidates till joining and post joining
Please note this would be a profit-sharing job, with no fixed salary and we are not looking for someone who wants to work on weekends/late evenings only.
How profit-sharing work-We will share the requirement with you so the person referred by you get selected for example on 6 lac CTC and the company pay us one month's salary as a service charge means (6 lac means 50K) so you would be paid 25% of 50k
When you would be getting the payment-We raise the bill with the company mostly after 30 days of the candidate's joining or max by 45 days, the company then takes around 7 days to clear the same. The day we get the payment within 2 working days payment would be transferred to you.
Positions you need to cater-We work majorly with manufacturing companies and look after the plant and corporate level roles both, for example, production, quality, design, maintenance engineers, and corporate positions like sales, hr, marketing, accounts, etc.
Desired candidate skills- Someone who has experience in sales. recruitment, customer support, etc. but not mandatory. Ready to manage corporate and plant level hirings
Good English (writing and speaking)
The time you are supposed to give-4 hours in a day (anytime between 10-6)
Must have- a laptop and high-speed WIFI connection
