Freelance support with talent acquisition for business development and account management roles

We are look for support with talent acquisition/recruitment. We would like to find someone to work with us on a freelance basis to search job boards/Linked In, build relationships with suitable candidates and conduct initial telephone interviews. We are looking for helping 8-10 hours per week.
