Freelance recruiter sought to source talent for a fast growing IT consulting company
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
We are a fast growing IT consulting business of 50 employees and have struggled to fill vacancies for 5 roles that include sales and technical. In addition, we are looking to take on up to 8 apprentices and require expertise to source excellent candidates as well as to look after them for the initial period to settle them in to a programme.
The aim is to fill the 5 experienced hire vacancies and the 8 apprentice roles with the individuals starting by 1st April 2022 - our new financial year.
You should be based in the UK, ideally in the South of England, our offices are near Portsmouth and Oxford as we expect face to face meetings to take place on an ongoing basis.
