Freelance Recruitment Resourcer Wanted!
Budget: £40 – £3,000 GBP
Looking for a freelance recruitment resourcer to work with a busy Information Technology recruitment agency based in the South East. This role is fully remote and on a freelance / self-employed basis.
Hot leads / active candidates will be passed to you, and you will be required to search for additional candidates, as well as qualify candidates (with a set list of questions), and present their CVs to be submitted to our clients.
We pay £40 per CV successfully submitted, plus 10% of the value of placements made. These terms are negotiable depending on the experience you have.
We are incredibly busy and have a loyal client base that we successfully recruit with regularly. We have many candidates on our books and need an extra pair of hands!
