As our international network continues to grow, we are expanding our recruitment operations in Turkey and are seeking Freelance Recruitment Consultants to support candidate acquisition and onboarding.

## Position Overview

In this role, you will identify and engage healthcare and wellness professionals, including physicians, dietitians, nutritionists, fitness coaches, yoga instructors, therapists, and beauty or aesthetic specialists. You will introduce suitable candidates to the StrongBodyAI platform and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process.

## Key Responsibilities

Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, social media platforms, online job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Present the StrongBodyAI platform and communicate its value proposition to prospective professionals.

Assist candidates with account registration, profile completion, and activation requirements.

Maintain accurate communication and follow up with candidates until the onboarding process is completed.

Part-time or full-time collaboration

Location: Turkey

## Compensation

Performance-based compensation of USD 40 for each professional who successfully completes onboarding and becomes active on the platform.

## Candidate Profile

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to source and engage qualified professionals independently.

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or business development is preferred.

Previous exposure to the healthcare or wellness sector will be considered an advantage.
